How much does GATEWAY cost?

To list your products on Trade Only GATEWAY you must first be a Trade Only Supplier Member. This ensures that you support the internationally favoured promotional product industry sales structure, whereby suppliers and manufacturers sell products and services to distributors to re-sell to end user customers.

Trade Only Supplier Membership is £149 (+ VAT) per year, and comes with a host of benefits, including the use of the Trade Only Verified Supplier logo on your marketing material, discounts off advertising in PPD Magazine, and exhibiting at Trade Only shows.

Then you pay only for the products that you upload to GATEWAY, as the price table below illustrates.

Product Listing Fees

Uploading your products can be done via spreadsheet (recommended for 50+ products) or individually. Your products are awarded 'points' based on the quality of information you supply, i.e. additional costs, carton quantity, product dimensions and a hi-resolution image will all help your products to score higher.

The higher your score, the higher up the search rankings you'll appear when distributors use a word or phrase which is relevant to your product range. It's the fairest means we can conceive of deciding what products appear at the top of the list - and obviously the more information you supply, the fewer calls you'll have to take supplying distributors with repetitive details.

Once your products go 'live' on Trade Only SEARCH we'll introduce you as a new supplier to the 12,000 recipients of our weekly newsletter, and similarly going forward we will promote any special offers or new products which you add to GATEWAY, completely free of charge.
