Trade Only Supplier Membership Policy

Trade Only promotes and actively encourages the widely acknowledged and internationally favoured promotional product industry sales structure.

In promoting adherence to this structure, we seek to ensure that all new supplier members have a clear trade pricing policy which in essence will provide a suitable profit margin advantage to the Trade Only distributor member to enable them to re-sell products without competition from the supplier.

If a supplier happens to offer products to end users as well as through the distributor network, we request that they protect the distributors interests by not directly contacting any of the distributors contacts or customers where they are aware of them, and by adhering strictly to their trade pricing policy regardless of quantity or value of order.

It is the responsibility of the supplier to update their products and prices advertised on tradeonlysearch.com and to honour catalogue and offer prices advertised via Trade Only.

Member benefits that are supplied or used during Trade Only membership will cease if Trade Only membership is discontinued.
