Getting to the Trade Only National Show / Staying at the Trade Only National Show | |
| The Ricoh Arena in Coventry is ideally located in the heart of England, with excellent flight and rail links to the rest of the world. It's very easy to get to by car as well, within two hours' drive of much of the UK. Subsidised Transport OfferAll offers are available to distributor visitors to the Trade Only National Show 2012. FlightsTo qualify for your £60 flight voucher, book your flight directly with the airline. To gain a refund on your flight, visitors must present their ticket or bill from 3pm on 25th or 26th January 2012 at "The Redemption Point" in the bpma pavilion where they will receive a voucher / stamp. Visitors can then post this voucher with a copy of the invoice together with their bank details to Trade Only (contact us) and we will credit the amount by BACS. All refunds must be claimed by 28th December 2012. No liability accepted. E&OE. Our recommended flights are listed below, however if you find a flight more suitable for you, there is no restriction on which flights will be reimbursed. Equally if you are flying from an airport not listed below (e.g. Rome, Berlin, Munich, Brussels) you will still be eligible for the £60 flight voucher.
CoachesCoach transfers will be arranged for selected Birmingham International Flights. If you wish to travel, you must advise us of your flight details by phone or email prior to the 21st January 2012. Free coaches will call at all official show hotels to pick up and drop off for the bpma Annual Awards Dinner at the Trade Only National Show as per the schedule that will be posted in the hotel foyers and indicated around the Ricoh Arena. Please ensure you are in the lobby or outside the hotel at the correct time as the coaches cannot wait. We will have a driver and car available on show days for additional duties if deemed appropriate. TrainsTo qualify for your £50 rail voucher, book your ticket directly with the rail company. For help and train times visit www.thetrainline.com. A shuttle coach will pick up and drop off at Coventry Rail Station. This will run every half hour from 8.30AM. To gain a refund on your rail ticket, visitors must present their ticket or bill from 3pm on 25th or 26th January 2012 at "The Redemption Point" in the bpma pavilion where they will receive a voucher / stamp. Visitors can then post in this voucher with a copy of the invoice together with their bank details to Trade Only (contact us) and we will credit the amount by BACS. They can then post this voucher with a copy of the invoice together with their bank details to Trade Only (contact us) and we will credit the amount by BACS. All tolls must be on a viable direct route and pertain only to visiting the show. Return vouchers will be refunded if an outgoing voucher is stamped.
