What is Trade Only?

Trade Only is the leading provider of marketing and technology services to the promotional products industry. Our vision is to expand the value of the market and increase the profitability of trade suppliers and distributors. For further information on our routes to market please click here.
 

What’s unique about the show?

Timed right at the start of the year, the Trade Only National Show is the UK’s only national trade show for promotional products, and takes place on the 25th and 26th January 2012. Now in it’s sixth year, the show attracts thousands of resellers of corporate merchandise and clothing, and is the most important event in the industry’s calendar.
 

Who visits the show?

The show is open only to distributors of promotional products and corporate clothing. Suppliers must exhibit to attend. In 2011, more than 2,800 distributors visited the two day show, a 20% increase on 2010. Show goers were offered a superb package of a record 275 exhibitors, world class speakers, free wi-fi and even a free lunch, along with the prestigious bpma Awards Dinner. We offer free entry and free parking at all of our events as well as visitor incentives on accommodation, flights, rail travel and coach transfers.
 

Who should exhibit?

If you are a manufacturer, supplier or decorator of promotional products, textiles or signage, the Trade Only National Show is designed to deliver YOU customers. There’s no better opportunity to promote new products and services and launch catalogues to thousands of customers and prospects alike. The show ethos is that the Customer is King and our yellow jacketed ‘Here to Help’ people are renowned. The show welcomed attendees from 42 countries worldwide. The whole event is as always backed by our heavyweight and wide reaching marketing campaign.
 

Where is it?

The Ricoh Arena in Coventry, is located at the heart of the UK motorway network and within two hours’ drive of 75% of England. Birmingham International Airport is a short distance away. For the first time, the 2012 show will take place within the state-of-the-art Jaguar and Ibex Exhibition Halls, a 30% increase in floor space on previous years.

The bpma Annual Awards Dinner

The bpma Annual Awards Dinner at the Trade Only National Show is held on the middle night of the show, and offers superb networking opportunities while enjoying first class food and entertainment. Individual tickets or tables of 10 or 12 are available for the most glamorous evening in the industry attended by more than 700 people last year.
 

Prices for exhibiting

To benefit from this pricing the show contract has to be signed and returned by the offer period indicated above. For space only / free build deduct £5 per square metre.
