Staying Overnight at the Trade Only National Show

All offers are available to distributor visitors to the Trade Only National Show 2011.

Hotel Rooms

Show visitors who stay at an official show hotel will be reimbursed up to £60 for one room for one night. Attendees are welcome to stay in any official show hotel of their choosing, however reimbursement will be for bed and breakfast charge only and for no more than £60 (does not include VAT or taxes).

Reimbursement will be for the middle night of the show only, night of 26th January 2011. Visitors must attend the exhibition on both days. Attendance will be verified against the visitor lists for the show.

Rooms must be reserved three weeks prior to the 26th January 2011. All hotel arrangements must be made online through CV One Limited, the official hotel booking agent for the Trade Only National Show.

A maximum of two rooms per company will be reimbursed. Visitors will be expected to use twin room double occupancy wherever possible. No other discounts, upgrades or cash alternatives are possible.

To gain a refund on your rooms, Visitors must present their bill from 3pm on the 27th January 2011 at "The Redemption Point" in the bpma pavilion next to stand X26 where they will receive a voucher / stamp.

Visitors can then post this voucher with a copy of the stamped bill together with their bank details to Trade Only (contact us) and we will credit the amount by BACS.

All refunds must be claimed by 28th December 2011. Limited accommodation available. No liability accepted. E&OE.
