The Ricoh Arena in Coventry is ideally located in the heart of England, with excellent flight and rail links to the rest of the world. It's very easy to get to by car as well, within two hours' drive of much of the UK.

Subsidised Transport Offer

All offers are available to distributor visitors to the Trade Only National Show 2011. All offers are subject to availability and are at the discretion of Trade Only Ltd. No liability accepted, no cash alternative. E&OE.

Flights

To qualify for your £50 flight voucher, book your flight directly with the airline. The table below lists flights for which we can arrange coach transfers to and from the exhibition. If you wish to use the coach transfer service, you must advise us by email or phone one week prior to the show.

To gain a refund on your flight, visitors must present their ticket or bill from 3pm on 26th or 27th January 2011 at "The Redemption Point" in the bpma pavilion next to stand X26 where they will receive a voucher / stamp.

Visitors can then post this voucher with a copy of the invoice together with their bank details to Trade Only (contact us) and we will credit the amount by BACS.

All refunds must be claimed by 28th December 2011. No liability accepted. E&OE.

All flights shown are into and out of Birmingham International Airport.

Coaches

Coach transfers will be arranged for the listed Birmingham International Flights. If you wish to travel, you must advise us of your flight details by phone or email prior to the 21st January 2011.

Free coaches will call at all official show hotels to pick up and drop off for the bpma Annual Awards Dinner at the Trade only National Show as per the schedule that will be posted in the hotel foyers and indicated around the Ricoh Arena. Please ensure you are in the lobby or outside the hotel at the correct time as the coaches cannot wait.

We will have a driver and car available on show days for additional duties if deemed appropriate.

Trains

To qualify for your £50 rail voucher, book your ticket directly with the rail company. For help and train times visit www.thetrainline.com.

A shuttle coach will pick up and drop off at Coventry Rail Station. If you wish to use the coach transfer service, you must advise us by email or phone one week prior to the show.

To gain a refund on your rail ticket, visitors must present their ticket or bill from 3pm on 26th or 27th January 2011 at "The Redemption Point" in the bpma pavilion next to stand X26 where they will receive a voucher / stamp.

Toll Charges

To gain a refund on Midland Expressway, Dartford Crossing or other toll charge, visitors must present their receipt or bill from 3pm on the 27th January at "The Redemption Point" in the bpma pavilion next to stand X26 where they will receive a voucher / stamp.

They can then post this voucher with a copy of the invoice together with their bank details to Trade Only (contact us) and we will credit the amount by BACS.

All tolls must be on a viable direct route and pertain only to visiting the show. Return vouchers will be refunded if an outgoing voucher is stamped.
