Trade Only has announced that its web site for the Trade Only National Show held on the 27th and 28th January 2010 at the Ricoh Arena, Coventry will include an exhibitor appointment facilitator page that is being launched during October.

Gail Kilcoyne, Exhibition Manager for Trade Only reports ” we appreciate that everyone is trying to pack as much time as possible into their day and with the event being so busy it can be difficult to actually get hold of the person that you really want to talk to. That’s the thinking behind the on-line facilitator which we think will prove very useful to both exhibitors and visitors and help them streamline and plan their days at the show.

This is just another in a long line of customer focused innovations from Trade Only, who are renowned for their forward thinking show. The organisers have advised that once again they will be offering show wide free Wi-Fi access, while teams of helpers will be on hand for both set-up and show days. A packed and highly relevant Power Session and seminar programme is set to be announced shortly along with hotel / flight and rail offers to encourage visitors.

Nigel Bailey, Event Director for Trade Only added “ TONS2010 will be the biggest promotional product show of the year. There is so much to see and do here, visitors will want to spend a full two days at the show. Last year we had to delay the show break down because we had visitors in the aisle well past closing time which is unheard of in our industry. So this year to be on the safe side we have already moved back the break down schedule.” We are already taking taking stand bookings for TONS2011″ he added.

Show organisers are also reporting that there will be extra catering facilities at the Ricoh with a wider range of food options and that they are working closely with Ricoh executive head chef Tom Harris on all catering aspects including a carvery service and an internationally themed food court.

New exhibitors signing up for the show include: Filofax UK, Charles Letts, Advantage International, PAGE, Branded Products, The Card Company and Farndon House.
